If the shoe fits... you don't have to send it back. That saves travel movements. So check here which size suits you best.

That is the best and easiest way to estimate your size correctly. We want our customers to choose the right size to walk comfortably on our shoes. By measuring your size, we also prevent travel movements because products have to be returned less often.

We pay a lot of attention to reusability and sustainable materials. We deliberately chose natural leather for our first sneaker, because this type of material is fully recyclable. The vegan alternatives are not and often consist of combinations of several materials. We will of course continue to develop our sneaker and continue to look critically at our materials.

The leather is a natural material and 'lives'. It will therefore most likely also get damaged. It is best to apply as few chemical products as possible. If there is dirt on the leather of your sneaker, it is best to clean it with a damp cloth and some ecological soap.

You can clean the sole with 80% alcohol, toothpaste, or white detergent. Always make sure to protect the leather, as it can discolour if it comes into contact with a chemical product.

The laces can be washed in the washing machine or with soapy water.

We strongly advise against that.

You can pay via iDEAL, by credit card or via Paypal.

Pay with iDEAL:
If you choose "Pay with iDEAL", you pay via your own internet banking environment. You can immediately use iDEAL and you do not have to register for it. In addition, you go through the same steps as you are used to with internet banking, with the same security requirements of your bank. With iDEAL, the amount is immediately debited from the bank account. You will receive an e-mail confirming the order.

Pay with credit card:
The order can be paid with credit cards from VISA, MasterCard or American Express. The amount is debited from your bank account on a fixed date. You will receive an e-mail confirming the order.

We aim to deliver the sneakers within 5 working days. If it takes longer, we will contact you.

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the package.

You can register a return by sending an email to info@zolmates.com. Then we will contact you for handling. We therefore provide a shipping label. You stick this on the original box and deliver it to a DHL point.

The costs of the return shipment are for our account.

We invest any profit in the further development of Zoolmates, aimed at expanding production in the Netherlands and making the materials we use for making sneakers more sustainable.

We produce half in the Netherlands and half in Romania. The aim is to bring the total production to the Netherlands step by step.

In principle, we sell to everyone, but we only ship within Europe. For example, if you live in the United States, you can only buy our shoes if you are visiting the Netherlands or have someone take them with you. The reason for this is that we want to limit travel movements as much as possible and encourage sustainable freight transport.

All materials come from Europe. We use recycled materials and chrome-free produced leather. More information about this can be found here .
